Details:

Although the effect is the same, this isn't a dup of bug#19391.

While the fix of bug#19391 is included, the same problem was introduced again
by this commit:
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/findutils.git/diff/xargs/xargs.c?id=4a3aa315e669a0bb0241b02a3d2c536798c2fcaf

I do think these lines simply should be removed now as shown in the patch.
