Details:

The ``-iname`` option is no longer deprecated, but doc/find.texi mentions the
deprecation under the ``-warn`` documentation section.  Below is a patch
against the latest Git repository to correct this, and to update the mention
of the POSIX standard in the manpage to match doc/find.texi:
