If I read the man page change in that patch correctly, the test passes
if the file contains an ACL entry with the specified permissions. So
it's sort of like "-perm -[mode]". But given that "-perm [mode]" and
"-perm /[mode]" exist, you might want to consider enlarging the syntax.
In any case, it would probably be useful to have a discussion on this
list regarding what tests -acl should support.
