Follow-up Comment #1, bug #53075 (project findutils):
Could you tell us more about the use case?
Are these characters actually printable, in some locale, but find is not
recognising this? If yes, what do you expect to happen for path names whose
text is in inconsistent locales?
If the characters aren't really printable (e.g. they're control codes) what is
the security context you anticipate this happening in?
