[Bug-freedink] New Screenshot Viewer

Hello,

I suddenly remembered that I wanted to update gnu.org/s/freedink's
screenshot viewer so I did. This new one runs without WebDAV and
instead uses a simple JavaScript table. This also allows us to
generate alt text and have manual control over the order of images,
though we have to remember to add them if we want them to appear.

I've added all of the non-PSP screenshots and tested it. If you
approve, I'll upload it to CVS.
