[bug-gawk] Typo's in gawk 4.0.0

Hello GNU awk maintainers,

Attached is a patch that fixes a few minor typo's:

doc/gawk.1
comparsion -> comparison
tail -f    -> tail \-f   (hyphen where a minus sign was intended)

{re,io,eval}.c
dependant  -> dependent  (once in output, twice in comments)

I normally don't spell check comments, but here I chose for consistency.
