[bug-gawk] Errata 1.1.4

Hi again :)

My previous e-mail I sent a correction, please not this if for the PDF
version (30 June 2011).

In chapter 1, 1.1.4 you mention that you can use the shebang #!/bin/awk
-f to set the interpreter for the file. Some distributions like Ubuntu,
have awk under /usr/bin/awk:

awk/gawkeapadr » which awk gawk oawk nawk     
/usr/bin/awk
gawk not found
oawk not found
/usr/bin/nawk

Perhaps you can include the above to help the user locate the correct
path of g/o/n/awk in case a person is new to linux as well as awk.
