[bug-gawk] gawk compiling on Windows

Hi All,

I know this might not be the perfect place for this question, but
there's only two mailing groups for gawk...

How can gawk be compiled under Windows? I don't think llvm/clang will
work and I'm not so sure about Visual Studio. I'm open to some ideas
on how to get it compiled.

And no, it's not my choice to use Windows. ;)
