Not the patches that started THIS thread.  This is just about what
days are holidays in Sweden.

But the problems discussed around UTF-8 in the other thread
(http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gcal/2016-06/msg00000.html),
with suggestions mostly from Mariusz Adamski, applies to any use of
gcal using UTF-8.
