[bug-gettext] Lua gettext extractor

Hello,

For a (free) software project, I want to use gettext for translations.
Part of the code is written in lua, which doesn't have an official
extractor.  However, there is an extractor available[1].  Is there a
reason this is not included in your repository (and releases)?
