[Bug-gforth] gforth install overwrote cygwin1.dll?

I just downloaded and installed gforth. It doesn't look as though it
overwrote cygwin1.dll but something is clearly messed up. I'll try
rebooting but it doesn't look good:

installed the cygwin distribution.  Rebooting is also suggested if you
are unable to find another cygwin DLL.
