Patch: ghostscript-5.5 update for glibc-2.2.2

        Version 2.2.2 of the GNU C Library is a little bit
cleaner about public include files not importing each other
unnecessarily.  Ghostscript-5.50 relied on <sys/time.h>
importing <time.h>.  The following patch fixes that and should be
safe with previous glibc versions and other C library implemenations too.
