I'll make available an example for VB as soon as someone writes it.
There is one person who has a basic PS to PDF working from VB,
and is now trying to figure out the stdio callback.

Make sure you use the latest version of Ghostscript.  The old DLL
interface will not work with VB due to the calling convention on
the callback function (or so I have been told).
