(this is the internal BBC address and is not valid on the internet)
Subject: Unknown
This message has been blocked because it contained a restricted file type
matching the FILE FILTER= <in>*.* file filter.
These measures have been taken to prevent viruses from propagating themselves
via email and
damaging your files WITHOUT you knowing.
Therefore, as part of our actions against that virus, the sending of files that
may contain computer programs
have been prohibited hence your message has not been delivered to the intended
recipient within the BBC.
Such messages can NOT be delivered to BBC mail addresses This action has been
taken to reduce the risk to the
BBC's computers of virus infections and to ensure that all software in use is
correctly licensed and recorded.
If your attachment has a legitimate business purpose, then you must find an
alternate route for delivery of this file.
We regret any inconvenience that this might have caused you but hope that you
will appreciate that the reason
this action is being taken is to ensure the reliability and cost efficient
operation of the BBC eMail service, for all our
viewers, listeners, suppliers and staff.
