to respond to all calls and e-mails promptly (within eight business hours).
Our business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time (USA)
(14:00 to 23:00 UCT).

We answer questions directly pertaining to installation and licensing,
reports of bugs, and feature requests.  If your question appears to fall
outside of these parameters and our records indicate you do not have a
technical support contract, you will receive a second e-mail from us
explaining our support policy.

In order for us to better assist you and to expedite your inquiry, please
provide the following information:

* Your name
* Your phone number
* Your site/installation number
* The version of the software you are running
* The type of machine on which it is running
* The operating system version under which it is running
* If applicable, a summary of the problem and a copy of any associated error
messages.

If you are a first time caller, please also include the following
information.

* Your address
* Your fax number
* The name of your company/organization

If you did not include the above information in your initial message, please
kindly send a follow-up e-mail to supply it.
