\Resource\Idiomset\ Path Not Found

I'm not sure this is a bug, but I'm hoping someone can help me out.

I am using Powerbuilder 9.0, attempting to save a report as PDF.  In order to 
do that, I had to
install Ghostscript 7.05.  When I do this combination on an XP machine, the 
Save as PDF takes
only a couple of seconds for a one page report.  When I do try this on a Win2K 
machine, it takes
near 30 seconds.

I ran filemon to see what was going on, and the delay appears to be when 
gswin32c.exe is
attempting
to open \Resource\Idiomset\ on a network drive.  The path doesn't exist.  
Everything else that
gswin32c attempts to open, it opens on my local C: drive.  Why is it even 
attempting to access my
network drive?  That DOES appear to be the place that is making it slow.  What 
am I missing?  Or
could this be a bug?
