Bug in GhostScript v 8.13

I use WinXP and use Ghostscript v8.11 which works but v8.13 gives the
following error

I have both 8.11 & 8.13 installed & in GSView 4.6 when I use 8.11
everything works but the moment I switch to 8.13 I get the above
error.
