PROBLEM WITH GSPLL32.DLL

Dear to, 
 
I'm having a problem when trying to open ghost script files that came
attached to an e-mail.
I get an error message which says " error in GSPLL32.DLL file, if error
persist please re-boot your system".
 
And this is happening all the time, since I downloaded the software, is
there anything you can suggest to help me?
