8.01 bug email, missing Bug-form.htm

gs 8.01 under GNU/Linux reports the following with --help:

$ gs --help
GNU Ghostscript 8.01 (2004-01-30)
...
Report bugs to address@hidden, using the form in Bug-form.htm.

But I cannot find any Bug-form.htm in the distribution to report the bug
with.  Or the Bug-info.htm file that is referred to in Readme.htm.
Perhaps they talked about something specific to Aladdin.  In any case,
the email address in the help message should presumably be changed to
address@hidden
