Unrecoverable Error reading QuarkXpress document

Hello,

The enclosed PDF document has been created using QuarkXpress and GPL 
Ghostscript 8.01 fails to read it (using the pdf2ps utility). GPL Ghostscript 
7.07 can read it, but it seems to report a strange paper size making it 
impossible to print.

This document is distributed by a large Dutch bank, many people in Holland 
need to be able to print this document, which is currently impossible with 
GPL Ghostscript.
