not know anything about this account and the amount involved is (US$116M) ONE 
HUNDRED AND SIXTEEN MILLION DOLLARS.


I am only contacting you as a foreign partner because this money can not be 
approved to a local bank here, but can only be approved to any foreign account 
because the money is in US Dollars.

We can sign an agreement if you want, to assure you that it is real and a
