Depends on the target. For the Hurd it's defined in
sysdeps/mach/hurd/accept.c, for some Linux architectures it's defined in
sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/accept.S, and for the remaining Linux
architectures and other Unix systems it's a direct syscall, defined in
various syscalls.list files.
