OK. How about doing as follows?

At first, I will rename htags_langmap to langmap before releasing,
because the variable is not in the release version yet.
In the near future, I will remove the unsightly hack about *.h file
from gctags and make it refer to langmap variable so that the user
can customize it according to his environment.
