Hi,

  I made a minimal set of source code to cause the problem.  I could
reproduce the problem both on NetBSD 5.1 and CentOS 6.2.  

  It turned out that the bug is triggered when source files have MacOS

style end-of-line.  Also, it seems the size of files matters.  The
problem can be easily avoided by changing EOLs of source files.
