Rewriting GLOBAL's source code in the Doxygen style

Hi all,
Mr.Simon Dommett rewrote GLOBAL's source code in the Doxygen style.
I would like to take his work into GLOBAL.
Any comment?

How to regenerate document(doxygen-1.8.2 is required).

$ tar xzvf doxyglobal.tar.gz
$ cd doxyglobal/global-6.2.4
$ doxygen

You can see the document as 'html/index.html'.
