idutils: The path in the output of lid is assumed absolute

Running the following command in subversion-1.8.4/subversion director:

  $ global -v --result=grep --idutils --regexp "svn_error_wrap_apr"
  global: The path in the output of lid is assumed absolute. 
'/home/me/subversion-1.8.4/subversion/include/svn_error.h:163:svn_error_wrap_apr(apr_status_t
 status,'

The output looks odd. it seems there should be a newline after
'...assumed absolute.'
