I believe I have fixed the bug.

$ echo 'void a_function() {}' >a.inl

$ echo 'void b_function() {}' >b.cpp

$ echo 'void c_function() {}' >c.c++

$ gtags --gtagslabel=new-ctags

$ global -x ._function

a_function          1 a.inl            void a_function() {}

b_function          1 b.cpp            void b_function() {}

c_function          1 c.c++            void c_function() {}

$ _

Since this bug is serious, I'm planning of a bug fix release

in early time.

The problem is not with gtags, but ctags.
