Yes. OpenBSD/sparc64 is a pure 64-bit platform. There is no support
for native 32-bit executables at all.

Probably. When tracking this down I looked at gmp-3.1.1, and there
was no reference to _GLOBAL_OFFSET_TABLE_ in the asm code.
