Gnats-installation

Hello, there

I am having an error message as installing gnats-3.113 on Solaris 2.6.
The error occurs when 'make' command is executed after 'configure'
command execution.
It reads "language optional package is not installed"

I would appreciate if anyone in the mailing list provide some directions
for me.
