I have a cron job under user gnats that is the default account created for
GNATS and run the following file

In /usr/local/share/gnats/gnats-db/gnats-adm/.mycron
0,5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40.45,50,55 * * * *
/usr/local/libexec/gnats/queue-pr --run

By the way,

I place it in the /etc/aliases file and also the config file for gnats

When I tried to use the command line send-pr I get

    send-pr: could not read /usr/local/share/gnats/dhcp0150.i-dns.net-gnats:
bugs for categories list.

I could send a PR without changing my config file but NO PR is queue or
place in the respective DB folder
