Regarding backup procedure

Hi,
I am using your GNU bug tracking system.
I would like to take the back up of my bugs data base, i will take it from
*-db directory.....
Am I right? If it is right than proceed.
My question is, due to some problem, whole my Solaris machine is
crash....(It is not possible but if it is..)
I have to install the same things in to some other machine. If i would like
to use my previous database in to this new installation,
How can i use it?
Is this possible to use the same database directory *-db in to new
installation?
If it is, than tell me what procedure i have to do?
