>Description:
Hi Support,

I've just compiled and installed GNATS 3.113.1 and GnatsWeb 2.9.3 . When I
submit new pr requests either from gnatsweb or e-mail (they obviously use
queue-pr) I notice that the fields for this entry in the index file are wrong.
I have to gen-index everytime I submit a new pr as SQL2 returns results with
'!' in them.
example last lines of index file:
Web/3571|TBJ|Deb|closed|yes|serious|medium|1008406260|1008679935|1008679935|General|Peter
 Ferwerda|18.19M.12|Website Access for Franc Rota
Web/3767|SHN|Deb|open|yes|serious|medium|1015306740|0|0|Level-3|Niels de
Reus|18.20.06|version impossibility(18.21.06)
General/3821|Support|Support|open|no|serious|medium|0|||1017873740|0|0|Unclassed|Michael
 Salahoris|Softix 18.19M.12|Test Ack usting gnatsweb

pr 3821 is last ack that I submitted so if I do a SQL2 on this pr I get:
210 User access level set to edit
sql2 3821
220 PRs follow.
3821|General|Unclassed!Michael Salahoris!Softix 18.19M.12!Test Ack usting
gnatsweb|no|2|2|Support|1|0|Support||0|0|||

Notice the '!' marks in the 3rd field. If I do a gen-index then everything is
fine. Could you please help me out as I don't know if there is a patch I should
know about and I don't want to run gen-index everytime some submits a pr.

Thanks
Michael
