gnats installation problem

gnats installation problem |

I run into prolem in installing gnats-3.113.1:
./configure #ok
make
Got the following error message:
gcc -c -g -02 -I. -I./../include ./dummy.c 2>/dev/null
make[1]: *** [dummy.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/tarballs/GNATS/gnats-3.113.1/libiberty'
make: *** [all-libiberty] Error 2
