Unless Microsoft has made attempts to legally prevent use of their
format, a standard word document is fully readable by GPL'ed software
such as AbiWord or OpenOffice. You may not like the program the actual
author used to compose that message, but we will not require proprietary
software to convert the content, to say text. I think its more important
to favour our contributors than to put silly restrictions on them.
