By ``new version'' I just mean it won't get a new unique ID; it would
not ``supercede'' any previous version. All version would still exist;
it would be up to the classifiers whether they automatically use new
versions or not...

True; one might hesitate longer before submitting if it isn't possible
to easily make edits later...
