Summary:  Don't mention deprecated commands in help output

Original Submission:  Instead of printing a `deprecated' note, this simply 
omits any mention of deprecated commands in help output.



This patch also sets the deprecated bit on a number of commands.  I was going 
to make that a separate changeset, but `tla commit -- libarch/cmd-help.c' 
failed with the output:



M  libarch/cmd-help.c

Error calling `vu_read' for descriptor -1 (Invalid argument)

PANIC: I/O error
