=================== BUG #6697: LATEST MODIFICATIONS ==================
http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=detailbug&bug_id=6697&group_id=4899
Changes by: Robert Collins <address@hidden>
Date: Sun 11/23/2003 at 12:07 (GMT)
------------------ Additional Follow-up Comments ----------------------------
please do the following:
1) put a newline after the variables before the code - it aids clarity in
reading.
2) require a -E --editor option, as per the thread on the list. It should
- invoke the editor whether or not a log already exists
- conflict with the -s -l and -L options.
- (Based on my memory of the thread. feel free to perform archaeology and
correct me)

Summary: use $EDITOR for "tla commit"
Original Submission: In patch-7, I added support for invoking $EDITOR if the
user types "tla commit".
Also (unrelated, but a new bug feels like overkill): patch-6 and patch-8 both
contain fixes for -Wall -Werror issues.
