make install broken.

Doing make install is really fun.
This really seems to be made just for windows, while I expect GNU
software to run under UNIX.
The Makefile uses prefix to create some dirs, but doesn't use
them for anything.
It's also fun that the documentation refers to it as
"gnuchess.exe"
