The code releases on ftp.gnu.org will compile under Cygwin
without change since 5.03, this is the only MS Windows
compilation we currently test before release.

The current (todays) CVS head version should build easily under
MS VC, although this is subject to change, since we can't test
it.

If you have a Windows binary of GNU Chess from a different
source you could check with that source if they made any changes
to compile it, and request the source from them.

 Go on switch to a free operating system.
