This should resolve all the bugs I was aware of with the
threading code. 

My main remaining target with 5.06 was to get analysis mode in.
Which I'm happy to attempt as it should be fairly straight
forward, as well as testing the Windows build.

I have some performance changes submitted by Ulf, but I think
they may need further work, and can be omitted from 5.06 if we
are not happy with them.

We have an improved parser for pgn.c, which needs merging, but I
don't see an urgency to incorporate this in 5.06.

Although I think the current feature set kind of justifies a
release, without additional features, it isn't a must have
upgrade, and I don't think we should spend the time tarting up
the files for a release so soon after 5.05.
