small bug in test/BT2630.epd

Hi,
white is on move in BT2630-04 - black can't make the suggested move.
Anyway, the file has <CR> DOS newlines, could be corrected with
tr -d '\r' ...

The patch is attached and I also made a simple utility to convert the
test into crafty-friendly format (for crafty's "test file" command),
attached too.
