I have committed the PGN parser contributed by D Wheeler into CVS head.

The parser supports a fuller set of the PGN standard and is more
tolerant of minor errors in the PGN.

I haven't tested this change extensively, and the merge was
"interesting" in places. If anyone feels motivated to load up some
random PGN files, feel free to try and let me know if there are issues.

Various changes were made to support this change in the build procedure,
the full build now includes a requirement for GNU flex, although the
distributed source will include the C code generated by the version of
flex used when building the source tar ball.

As part of these changes I have switched from the AC_CREATE_STDINT_H
macro to the AX_CREATE_STDINT_H.

Some old changes to pgn.c were revoked, and some of these may shortly be
reapplied if they are still needed (most were obseleted by Dave's patch).

 Simon

PS: I will also look at Lukas's suggestion we lose GNU autotools derived
files from the CVS archive.
