Hi,

had a request that a list member be notified by email on check-ins to
the CVS respository for GNU Chess.

Temporarily have added this list to the notify option.

If anyone finds the messages excessive, let me know and we'll do another
list for these notifications.

PS: Recently in a CVS repository near you....
    Have removed derived files from CVS as Lukas suggested.
    Added README-CVS to explain how to build from CVS files.
    Dropped the rather wacky DRAWSCORE macro definition
    (Less draws in future when playing on chess servers).
