extension to mail/rmailsum.el

I extended rmailsum to allow users to specify regular expression
wwhich would match any of their email addresses and if that were the
case then use "to: wherethey@sent.it" rather then just using
"one@of.their.addresses" in the rmail summary file...

I use thsi because I use rmail to get and filter email from many
different accounts all going to teh same RMAIL file so the address I
will be replying to may be different and so I can't specify just one
user-mail-address

let me know if this is the right address to email the patch to?
