mh-exec-cmd-error should use bash instead of /bin/sh

From: Andrew Edward Santosa
Subject: mh-exec-cmd-error should use bash instead of /bin/sh
Date: Tue, 31 Oct 2000 17:24:31 +0800

This bug report will be sent to the Free Software Foundation,
not to your local site managers!!
Please write in English, because the Emacs maintainers do not have
translators to read other languages for them.

In GNU Emacs 20.7.1 (sparc-sun-solaris2.7, X toolkit)
 of Mon Oct 23 2000 on sunjava.comp.nus.edu.sg
configured using `configure --x-includes=/usr/local/X11R6.5.1/include
--x-libraries=/usr/local/X11R6.5.1/lib'

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

I use MH-E to send and receive emails, and when I tried
to execute mh-edit-mhn to compose MIME message, emacs said:

unable to exec

I had a look at the definition of mh-exec-cmd-error in mh-funcs.el,
and it seems that in order to execute the external program "mhn"
emacs uses /bin/sh with -c option, which is invalid on my system.

A solution is probably to change /bin/sh with /usr/local/bin/bash?
Thanks,

Regards,
