(not real bug) missing italian dictionary

This bug report will be sent to the Free Software Foundation,
 not to your local site managers!!
Please write in English, because the Emacs maintainers do not have
translators to read other languages for them.

In GNU Emacs 20.4.1 (powerpc-ibm-aix4.3.2.0, X toolkit)
 of Thu Aug 26 1999 on refaix43

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

Dear Emacs maintainers, I do not report about a real bug 
but about the missing italian dictionary.
Why?
If it is just a problem of a missing dictrionary file maybe I can try
to provide you. If it is so let me know about the format.
