I was using emacs20.3.1 on a terminal (23 lines?) today to view the
info-turorial.

The 3rd screen is a long one.  And there is a lot of text after  the 
* Menu.

You never get to see that text if u use spacebar. Speacebar simply
skips over to the next node.

that surely was annoying. Is that a bug?
