Subject: current position of the compilation buffer should be the end, not the start

Start a long M-x compile job,
the screen splits, and the compilation
proceeds in the bottom window....
We are left looking at the first screen of
compilation results, even though we of course are most
concerned with what ever it is doing out of our view
right now. Therefore I heartily recommend in the next Emacs,
that the 'current-position' of the compilation window be
made to be the end of buffer, not beginning.

[ One can get the same results now by switching to the compilation
window, and hitting M-> then returning to other tasks if wished. ]
