enlarge-window's help makes ARG seem mandatory

enlarge-window's help info makes no mention of what happens if one
doesn't give ARG:

enlarge-window is an interactive built-in function.

Make current window ARG lines bigger.
>From program, optional second arg non-nil means grow sideways ARG columns.

(enlarge-window ARG &optional SIDE)
=========
therefore the help message should be enhanced to note that what
happens is: (enlarge-window 1)
