repeated C-x C-b's could scroll the buffer list

Do C-x C-b to list-buffers.  Then do it again. Wouldn't it be neat if
repeated C-x C-b's would scroll the buffer list instead of doing
seemingly nothing?  Well, ok, one might be monitoring a growing
*Compile* buffer's size over time but... I think you'll find the feel
of repeated C-x C-b's more comfortable than respanning the hand for
the, true, more general C-M-v.  OK, debatable.
